Responsibilities:

* Main Task and Responsibilities:
o Process / follow up reimbursement, advance request and settlement
o Distribute and monitor the symposium kits
o Traveling arrangement and expenses administration (upcountry)
o Correspondences
o Activity monitoring report
o Distribute and monitor the documents & promo materials to area
o Filing

Requirements:

* General Requirements:
o Female
o Minimum D3 Degree, majoring in secretarial or administration
o Having min 3 years experience in the related field or work
o Age between 24-28 years old

* Skills and Expertise:
o Good computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point
o Able to work with deadline
o Good accuracy & work orderly
o Good team work and interpersonal skill
o Good communication
o Good command of English
o Physically presentable
