Job Requirements:
1. Professional qualification in F&B management with at least 3 years experience in a supervisory managing role in a restaurant
2.Customer service oriented with good management and leadership skills

3. Excellent team player with strong desire in achieving total satisfaction of the customers and staff

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Driven, assertive, innovative and have strong passion for F&B

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for day-to-day management of F&B department and operations including identification and resolution of all operational problems
2. Responsible for the daily operations (including coaching, lead & manage service crews, planning staff weekly shift schedule, on-the-job training for staff)
3. To establish and maintain total quality management in operations pertaining to F&B
4. Ensure food safety regulations are followed
5. To achieve or improve the planned annual budgets and operation plans, including revenue and capital expenditure
6. Prepare daily sales reports, staff and food control, so as to maintain and improve F&B cost of sales
7. Must be proficient in English language
