PeopleSource is an international Executive Search firm headquartered in Singapore and focusing on the Indonesian market.

Our client is a leading Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, which it’s headquarter in Singapore. To strengthen their business for global market, with various design and manufacturing services, they established their manufacture in Batam, Indonesia.

Currently they are looking for some qualified candidates to join in their Product Engineering Team.

Product Engineer – Batam
(Riau – Batam)

Responsibilities:

* Managing specific client and project
* Fully in charge for the full project until product transfer
* Starting by communicating with the Account Manager to understand about client needs and liaise with Design Team and Manufacturing Plant for any technical issues, regarding Design For Manufacturing / Design For Testing
* Preparing pre – production sample and ensuring the approval from client, in case any engineering adjustment needed
* Defining and formulating Bill Of Material
* In parallel, arranging and maintaining project schedule
* Monitoring and controlling the progress
* Managing the team
* Maintaining the good relation and coordination with other related departments

Requirements:

* HAVING EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES
* Having knowledge about Electronic / Mechanical Design
* Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or any related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of working experience in the similar role
* Good English oral and written is MUST
* Good communication, interpersonal and ability to interact with all levels of people
* Shows high analytical and attentive to detail
* Good management (time, document, project)
* Willing to be located in Batam for Contract Basis
