High Management Consultant

A well-known multinational company and the market leader in food & beverage industry is seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following position (2) :

Sales Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve agreed targets,
* Maintain existing customer and develop new customer,
* Ensure product penetration based on recommended SKU guideline,
* Develop distributor each area for increasing selling out to account and service level to account,
* Ensure the sales trade funds allocated within agreed spend limits,
* Develop costumer business plans and conduct business review,
* Monitoring and analysis the market situations, in the short term, medium and long term Including market share growth, competitor activity and consumer update.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
