PT. Global Nusantara Capital is a company that focuses on investment holdings, whilst our subsidiaries involve in diverse industries such as palm oil plantation, energy, food and beverage, and service. We are seeking for a professional candidate to fill in the position of:

General Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Create a high performance environment through engaged employees and a focused approach to performance management
* Assist in the budgeting process and manage the region within budget
* Support the growth of the business by sourcing appropriate suppliers and negotiating contracts
* Ensure compliance with corporate programs including health and safety, quality assurance, finance, and human resources
* Champion the organization’s culture, mindset and approach to be a highly client-service driven, competitive and profit-oriented technology organization
* Perform management reviews, resource management, coaching and development of staff, and make recommendations on Human Resources activities such as salary increases, performance evaluations and corrective actions

Requirements:

* 10+ years of senior management experience in the business to business service industry
* A highly motivated and results oriented self-starter with strong operations and people management skills and experience, who can work effectively as a team player
* Experience implementing and directing daily operations and corporate programs
* Ability to travel when required
* Ability to react quickly to changing requirements and new process developments
* Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and SharePoint
