In line with the company’s expansion into the mobile gas business, we would like to invite suitably qualified and highly motivated individuals to apply for the following positions :

HSSE Officer

General Qualification:

*
Male, max 30 years old;
*
Minimum D3, preferable in OSH Faculty and K3 License;
*
Experience 3 (three) years, prefer in Oil & Gas Industry or EPC Company;
*
Having knowledge in OHSAS 18001;
*
Candidate shall have certificate training for advances fire fighting;
*
Fluent in English both oral and written;
*
Able to work independently as well as a team and High analytical skill;
*
Computer literate in using MS office & Internet.

Main Responsibility:

*
Leading meeting with crew at daily basis, monthly or other regular meetings with client;
*
Able to produce Site Specific Management Plan and shall implement on crew;
*
Able to give orientation/induction for new comer, minimum HSE awareness training such as : Fire, PPE, ER, Drug & Alcohol, Hazard Observations, etc;
*
Deliver a consistently high quality of service, plan, organize and control all facets of the crew operations to achieve the company’s objectives to the client’s satisfaction;
*
Establish, maintain and show commitment to an active Health, Safety and Environment program for the crew, remain current on HSE policies and procedures, ensuring timely accident reporting, analysis and follow up in accordance with company and client procedures;
*
Report timely and correctly for each operation in accordance with corporate policy, monitor and report competitor activity (Daily Operations and HSE performance);
*
Promote internal and external training for all levels of employee. Ensure that the personnel and equipment requirements of the crew are met. Maintain and manage a personal development plan;
*
Discussed with client about hazards in operation on workplace; produce safety Alert & Event crew activities;
*
To recommend changes to the HSE Plan and program.
