We are a National Tin Smelting Manufacture in Bangka Area looking for good candidate as following position:

Factory Manager
(Bangka Belitung)

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Ages 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Technical or Management
* Preferably having 5 years in working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Strong in Managing technical personnel and complex activities
* Having knowledge in Tin Smelting Industry will be preference
* Good interpersonal and have a strong leadership
* good understanding of technical and process manufacturing/human resources and financial issues
* Computer literate
* Locate out of Java
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
